本文对26名健康对照者及34例脑梗塞患者急性期和恢复期外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)活性及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平进行检测。结果示:急性期和恢复期脑梗塞患者PBMCIL-1、IL-6活性及血清TNF水平较对照者明显增高,急性期脑梗塞患者又较恢复期脑梗塞患者高,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);增高的程度与梗塞灶大小密切相关。提示:脑梗塞后早期炎症反应、细胞因子的产生在脑缺血和(或)再灌注损伤中可能起着重要作用。
In this study, 26 healthy controls and 34 cerebral infarction patients with acute and convalescent peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin -6 (IL-6) activity and serum Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels were tested. The results showed that the activity of PBMC IL-1, IL-6 and serum TNF in patients with cerebral infarction in acute phase and convalescent phase were significantly higher than those in control group, and were significantly higher in patients with acute cerebral infarction than in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction (P <0.01). The degree of increase is closely related to the size of infarction. Tip: early post-infarction inflammatory response, cytokine production may play an important role in cerebral ischemia and / or reperfusion injury.
