绵羊外周血白细胞与山羊脾细胞转移因子在体外共同培养，在不同抗原存在下刺激被转移因子致敏的白细胞，以间接法测定吞噬细胞释放超氧离子的相对水平。结果：经ＨＢＶ－ＴＦ致敏的吞噬细胞在ＨＢｓＡｇ存在时，超氧离子的释放水平显著高于非特异性转移因子组（Ｐ＜０．００１）．两种转移因子作用组白细胞在无关抗原存在下超氧离子的释放水平无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Sheep peripheral leukocytes and goat spleen cell transfer factor co-cultured in vitro, stimulated by transfer factor-sensitized leukocytes in the presence of different antigens to measure the relative level of phagocytic release of superoxide by indirect method. Results: The release of superoxide ion was significantly higher in the phagocytic cells sensitized with HBV-TF than in the non-specific transfer factor group (P <0.001) in the presence of HBsAg. There were no significant differences in the release of superoxide anion between the two TFs in the presence of non-relevant antigens (P> 0.05).
