将分枝杆菌甘露糖苷-甲基化牛血清白蛋白(MBSA)复合物用等量的弗氏不完全佐剂乳化后免疫小鼠。用凝胶扩散、对流免疫电泳和酶联免疫吸附试验测定免疫小鼠的体液免疫应答。通过迟发型超敏反应试验(观察足垫厚度)、白细胞移行抑制试验以及测定半数致死量(LD_(50))来测定细胞免疫应答。结果发现甘露糖苷-MBSA可引起小鼠体液和细胞免疫应答。结果表明,用甘露糖苷-MBSA免疫小鼠,可诱发高滴度抗甘露糖苷抗体,而单用甘露糖苷免疫小鼠,抗体滴度较低。免疫小
Mice were immunized after the mycobacterial mannoside-methylated bovine serum albumin (MBSA) complex was emulsified with an equal amount of Freund’s incomplete adjuvant. The humoral immune response in immunized mice was determined by gel diffusion, convective-immuno-gel electrophoresis and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The cellular immune response was measured by delayed type hypersensitivity test (footpad thickness was observed), leukocyte migration inhibition test, and determination of median lethal dose (LD 50). As a result, mannoside-MBSA was found to cause humoral and cellular immune responses in mice. The results showed that, with mannoside-MBSA immunization of mice, can induce high-titer anti-mannoside antibody, and mannoside alone immunized mice, antibody titers lower. Small immune
