当前,国内学者对大学生就业能力的研究,侧重于从学校、社会、学生等几个维度进行分析研究,但作为大学生就业的终端——企业,却鲜少有人从企业需求视角研究高职高专学生就业能力的具体要求。本文从企业需求视角出发,以高职高专学生就业能力为切入点,分析当前大学生就业能力的现状,找出大学生就业能力的不足,进而提出相应的建议和对策。
