《人民文学》创作培训笔会于1993年7月20日至26日在河北省承德市举行。笔会得到了承德市政府、文联、作协、承德民族高等师范学校及《承德日报》、承德电视台等单位的大力支持和关照。市政府负责人原志山到会祝贺。《人民文学》主编程树榛到会致辞,承德市文联主席郭秋良应邀讲话,培训部学员代表在会上发了言。大会由《人民文学》创作培训部主任杨兆祥主持。著名作家蒋子龙、郭秋良、深圳作家黎珍宇,承德作家何申,《人民文学》第二编辑室负责人、诗人韩作荣、《诗刊》第一编辑室负责人、诗人李小雨等为学员们作
“People’s Literature” Creative Training PEN will be held from July 20 to July 26, 1993 in Chengde, Hebei Province. Pen will be the strong support and care of Chengde city government, Federation of Literary and Art circles, writers Association, Chengde National Higher Normal School and “Chengde Daily”, Chengde TV station and other units. Yuan Zhishan, head of the municipal government, will congratulate. Cheng Shuzhen, chief editor of People’s Literature, delivered a speech. Guo Quliang, chairman of Chenglian Literary Federation, was invited to give a speech. Representatives of trainees from the training department made speeches at the conference. Famous writers Jiang Zilong and Guo Qiuliang, writer Li Zhen of Shenzhen, writer He Shen of Chengde, head of the second editing room of “People’s Literature”, poet Han Zuorong, head of the first editing room of “Poetry” and poet Li Xiaoyu for the students
