中国四大跨世纪工程之一的神华工程——朔黄铁路和沧州黄骅大港的建设,为沧州开发区带来了重要发展机遇.神华工程是中国“九五”计划和2010年远景规划的重点建设项目,也是建国以来第一个煤矿、铁路、电站、港口、航运一体化建设的国家重点骨干工程,总投资近900亿元。它的建设将极大地改善沧州的能源供应状况和袭通运输条件,增强沧州经济的辐射能力,使沧州成为连接中国西部能源基地与海外的枢纽城市. ——(?)以(?)
Shenhua Project, one of the four major cross-century projects in China, the construction of the Shuohuang Railway and the Cangzhou Huanghua Port, have brought important opportunities for development in Cangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Shenhua Project is the focus of China’s Ninth Five-Year Plan and 2010 Vision The construction project is also the first key national key project of coal mine, railway, power station, port and shipping integrated construction since the founding of PRC, with a total investment of nearly 90 billion yuan. Its construction will greatly improve Cangzhou’s energy supply and access to transport conditions, and enhance the economic capability of Cangzhou, making Cangzhou a hub connecting China’s western energy bases with overseas destinations.
