本实验对肿瘤细胞系的癌胚抗原(CEA)细胞粘附活性进行了研究。CEA 阳性肿瘤细胞系 LoVo及 HeLa 的单细胞悬液在37℃,RPMI1640全培养基中可以相互粘附而各自形成大小不等的细胞凝团。这种细胞间的粘附不仅可以被抗 CEA 多克隆抗体特异性阻断,而且受到外加 CEA 抗原的竞争抑制。细胞粘附试验也获得了同样结果。实验提示,CEA 为一粘附分子。
In this study, the tumor cell line carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) cell adhesion activity were studied. Single cell suspensions of CEA positive tumor cell lines LoVo and HeLa can adhere to each other in RPMI1640 whole medium at 37 ° C to form cell aggregates of varying sizes. This cell-cell adhesion is not only specifically blocked by anti-CEA polyclonal antibodies, but also competitively inhibited by the addition of CEA antigens. Cell adhesion test also obtained the same result. Experimental results suggest that CEA is an adhesion molecule.
