多品种生产的积极意义是人所共知的,从工业发达国家和现状来看,几乎没有哪个专业化企业不是多品种生产的。美国、日本等国家大部分企业属多品种,中小批量生产。这种改变正说明工业发展必然导致多品种生产。而这些国家的工业企业,正是通过标准化手段,合理地发展了多品种生产。标准化工作不但不会妨碍企业搞多品种生产,而且会更好、更快地设计和生产出一种新产品。标准化是满足多品种生产的手段事例1.日本三菱扶桑F素理系列汽车的发动机只有三个系列,然而每个系列产品通过缸数、缸径、冲程、功率和扭矩的参数变换,可组成十多种发动机,而零件的通用程度高达85%。
The positive significance of multi-variety production is known to all.
