目的研究灵芝水溶性提取物(EGL)对大鼠脑缺血性损害的预防性保护作用。方法在大鼠脑梗塞前后分别灌服EGL,观察梗塞体积、病理及超微结构的改变,同时观察EGL对小鼠缺氧及疲劳耐受能力的影响。结果预防性治疗组较梗塞后治疗组梗塞体积更小,组织病理学改变更轻;EGL可增强小鼠对缺氧及极度疲劳的耐受能力。结论EGL对大鼠脑缺血性损害具有预防性保护作用
Objective To study the preventive protective effect of Ganoderma lucidum water-soluble extract (EGL) on cerebral ischemic injury in rats. Methods EGL was administered before and after cerebral infarction in rats to observe the changes of infarct volume, pathology and ultrastructure. At the same time, the effects of EGL on hypoxia and fatigue tolerance of mice were observed. Results In the preventive treatment group, the infarct volume was smaller and the histopathological changes were lighter than those in the post-infarction group. EGL enhanced the tolerance to hypoxia and extreme fatigue in mice. Conclusion EGL has protective effect on cerebral ischemic injury in rats
