斯巴特康注射液是由中药苦参经科学方法精制而成,具有清热燥湿、利尿退黄、解毒的功效。临床上主要用于改善病理性肝炎症状与体征,退黄,降酶,抑制乙型肝炎HBeAg的复制。目前,对苦参类制剂苦参碱的含量测定主要是采用薄层扫描法,整个操作过程较复杂。本文改用高效液相色谱法来测定斯巴特康注射液中苦参碱的含量,样品测定不需要处理,提高了检测灵敏度。 1 仪器、药品与试剂 Waters 515输液泵,Waters~(TM) 486检测器,Waters746积分仪。苦参碱标准品:中国药品生物制品检定所提供。斯巴特康注射液,购于哈尔滨市南岗药店。乙腈为色谱纯。 2 实验方法与结果 2.1 色谱条件 色谱柱为PLATINM AMINO,流动相:乙腈—0.02 mol/L NaH_2PO_4(63:37);检测波长:210nm;流速
Spartak injection is refined from traditional Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens by scientific methods and has the effects of heat dampness, diuretic jaundice and detoxification. Clinically, it is mainly used to improve pathological symptoms and signs of hepatitis, yellowing, reducing enzymes, and inhibiting the replication of hepatitis B virus HBeAg. At present, the determination of the matrine content of Sophora flavescens is mainly performed by the thin-layer scanning method, and the entire operation process is complicated. In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of matrine in Spartak injection. Sample measurement did not need to be processed to improve the detection sensitivity. 1 Instruments, drugs and reagents Waters 515 infusion pump, WatersTM 486 detector, Waters 746 integrator. Matrine Standards: provided by China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products. Spartak injection was purchased from Nangang pharmacy in Harbin.
