本文综述近十年来中草药中甙类化学成分合成研究的丰富成果。酚甙类化学成分的合成天麻甙(Gastrodin(1)又称对羟甲基苯-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(P-Hy-dfoxymethylphenyl-p-D-glucopyra-noside)是天麻中分离得到的有效成分之一。临床上现已用于治疗神经衰弱及血管性头痛等。天然界天麻生成需要一种假蜜环菌,凶此药源受到限制。周俊等曾报道应用溴代2’,8’,4’,6’一四乙酰α-D-吡喃葡萄糖和对羟基苯甲醛缩合,然后经硼氢化钾还原,去乙酰化制得天麻甙(1)产率90%,同时还合成了天麻甙的类似物2-甲氧基-4-羟甲苯基-β-D-毗喃葡萄糖甙(2),2-甲氧基-4-甲酰苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖
This article reviews the rich achievements in the study of chemical composition of terpenoids in Chinese herbal medicine in the past decade.
