本文研究了香菇多糖对小鼠的艾氏腹水瘤(实体瘤型)生长的影响。结果表明,香菇多糖可明显抑制小鼠的肿瘤生长,抑制率约为55％。组织学观察发现,肿瘤在进行性生长过程中可使宿主脾脏TD区淋巴细胞密度降低,而香菇多糖可使其恢复至正常水平.
This article studied the effect of lentinan on the growth of Ehrlich ascites tumor (solid tumor type) in mice. The results showed that lentinan can significantly inhibit tumor growth in mice with an inhibition rate of approximately 55%. Histological observation found that the tumor in the process of progressive growth can reduce the density of lymphocytes in the host spleen TD, and lentinan can restore it to normal levels.
