研究所的图书情报研究室是一个学术性的服务部门。结合我们所的具体情况,它的主要任务是从事大地测量和地球物理信息的收集,整理,加工,检索与信息传递的学术性服务部门。因此它的改革必须适应于本所科研工作的发展需要,遵循本所的改革方向;但图书馆学和情报学又是两门学科,它的改革又和研究课题的改革不能等同,有其特殊性。因此,研究所的图书情报研究室怎么改革的问题,是一个值得研究的课题。本文对测地所(一个不足200人的研究所)的图书情报工作的改革提出一些设想,肤浅之见,请批评指正。
The Institute of Library and Information Sciences is an academic service department. In combination with our specific situation, its main mission is to serve as an academic service for geodesy and geophysical information collection, collation, processing, retrieval and information delivery. Therefore, its reform must be adapted to the development needs of its research work and follow the direction of its reform. However, the study of library science and information science are two disciplines whose reforms can not be equated with the reform of research topics and have their own special Sex. Therefore, the Institute of Library and Information Sciences how to reform the issue, is a topic worthy of study. This article puts forward some tentative ideas on the reform of library and intelligence work at the Institute of Geodetic Institutions (a research institute of less than 200 persons). For superficial opinions, please criticize and correct it.
