地方社会科学情报工作当前正面临着新形势的挑战。如何对付这种挑战,我认为应着重抓好三个方面:一、建立开放式的地方社科情报体制建立这种体制,目的是为了促进领导决策、科研课题与情报工作的上下沟通和横向联系,使地方社会科学情报研究所逐步发展为多功能的学术中心和领导决策的智囊团。目前,地方社会科学情报工作虽有很大发展,研究机构虽然也初具规模,但还远远不能适应社会主义现代化建设的需要,工作中带普遍性的问题主要有:
