葛可佑中国营养学会名誉理事长、首席顾问中国科学技术协会第七届委员会委员山东青岛人,1958年毕业于北京医学院。曾在美国哥伦比亚大学营养系进修营养学和在美国麻省理工学院及麻省总医院进修病理学。早期从事营养病理学研究,后从事克山病防治及硒与发病关系研究,上世纪80年代开始致力于公共营养研究。
Ge Ke You Honorary chairman of the Chinese Nutrition Society, chief consultant China Science and Technology Association member of the Seventh Committee in Qingdao, Shandong Province, 1958, graduated from the Beijing Medical College. He studied nutrition at the Department of Nutrition, Columbia University, and pathology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Massachusetts General Hospital. Early engaged in nutrition pathology, Keshan disease and engaged in the prevention and treatment of selenium and the relationship between the 80s of last century began to work on public nutrition research.
