高校青年干部作风建设,关系着中国特色社会主义事业特别是高等教育事业的发展。近年来,高校青年干部作风总体态势良好,取得了重大成效,例如高校校风不断改善、为师生服务的意识不断加强、民主办学理念不断提升等。但同时青年干部也出现了不少问题,需从坚定理想信念、增强宗旨意识、筑牢红线意识等角度予以加强。
The construction of young Cadre style in colleges and universities has a bearing on the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially higher education. In recent years, the overall posture of young cadres in colleges and universities has been in good shape and great achievements have been made. For example, the ethos of colleges and universities has been continuously improved, the awareness of serving students and teachers has been continuously strengthened, and the concept of democratic running has been continuously promoted. However, at the same time, many problems have emerged in the ranks of young cadres as well. They need to be strengthened from the perspectives of strengthening their ideals and beliefs, strengthening their awareness of purpose, and building a red line awareness.
