赣南素来就有“客家灯彩之乡”的美誉,而灯彩是赣南客家民俗体育活动的主要内容,有龙灯、狮灯、马灯等十几个种类,是民俗体育活动不可或缺的重要元素,为了让人们更好的了解赣南客家的民俗体育,本文采用文献资料法,以赣南灯彩为例展现了对我国民俗体育非物质文化遗产展开研究。
