Embryo implantation is a complex and subtle regulation of the special physiological processes. During implantation, the functional status of lymphocytes in the immune microenvironment within the decidua plays an important immunomodulatory role in embryo implantation and embryo development. Currently, selectin L (also known as CD62L) and CD44 are the most important lymphocyte homing receptors that mediate the interaction between lymphocytes and small, high-endothelium-derived
