裕宁官银钱局,隶属江南江宁布政局(即藩司)。该局设于南京评事街,由江宁布政司藩库拨白银15万两为资本,后又将金陵官银号并入,其库存款项20万两作为追加资本。光绪卅一年(1905年),该局发行银元票1元、5元、10元3种。票面上印有双龙戏珠图案,故名龙票,并印有“龙洋”、“清江江宁上海扬州通用”、“海州”等字样。现银与纸币的兑换一律按银洋市价计算。但是,笔者发现一枚罕见的江南裕宁官银钱局在右侧加盖“南通州西门外大街”地名朱印银元钞票龙洋伍圆。

The exchange of silver and banknotes are all based on the market price of silver ocean. However, I found a rare Jiangnan Yu-ning Guan silver in the right stamped “Nantong Zhou Ximen Wai Street ” place name Zhu Yin silver dollar banknote Long Yang Wuyuan.
