用玻璃体切除术治疗严重眼外伤是一种比较有效的方法。我院对13例复杂性眼外伤实行了手术治疗方法。其中单纯性玻璃体积血5例，外伤性白内障合并玻璃体积血3例，采用了较简单的玻璃体切除术。服内异物、眼内炎各2例，贯通伤合并网脱1例（双眼）。手术中根据不同情况给以相应的处理，以上病例经临床观察效果比较满意。
Vitrectomy for severe ocular trauma is a more effective method. In our hospital, 13 cases of complicated ocular trauma were treated by surgery. Including simple vitreous hemorrhage in 5 cases, traumatic cataract combined with vitreous hemorrhage in 3 cases, using a simpler vitrectomy. In the service foreign body, endophthalmitis in 2 cases, through the injury with net off in 1 case (both eyes). Surgery according to different situations to the appropriate treatment, the above cases by clinical observation results more satisfactory.
