采用正常人脐带组织包裹羟基磷灰石（HA）填充球用于无眼球畸形眼眶修复15例（15眼）。追踪观察14～18月，平均16月，除3例结膜裂开，其余均无明显并发症，全部安装义眼，外观满意。术前术后外周免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3检测值无显著差别。脐带为胎儿纤维结缔组织，抗原性小，不影响机体免疫系统，可作为眼眶植入体的包裹材料应用于眼眶植入手术中。
Normal human umbilical cord tissue hydroxyapatite (HA) -filled balloon was used for the repair of 15 cases (15 eyes) without ocular malformation. Follow-up observation 14 to 18 months, an average of 16 months, in addition to 3 cases of conjunctival rupture, the rest were no significant complications, all installed YiYan, appearance satisfied. Preoperative and postoperative peripheral immune globulin IgG, IgA, IgM and complement C3 test no significant difference. Umbilical cord is fetal fibrous connective tissue, antigenicity is small, does not affect the body’s immune system, can be used as orbital implant material used in orbital implantation surgery.
