为探讨紫外光在三硝基甲苯(TNT)致晶状体损伤中的作用,观察了紫外光对离体羊晶状体内TNT光化反应的诱导作用,以及TNT光化反应物的致高铁血红蛋白形成作用。结果:随照射剂量增加羊晶状体内TNT光化反应产物同步增加;TNT光化反应比TNT原形有更强的致高铁血红蛋白形成作用。结论:紫外光照射对TNT致晶状体损伤作用有重要影响。
To investigate the role of ultraviolet light in the TNT-induced lens injury, the induction of UV-induced TNT photochemistry in isolated goat lens and the formation of methemoglobin induced by TNT photochemistry were observed. Results: With the increase of irradiation dose, the photoreaction products of TNT in sheep lens increased synchronously. The photochemical reaction of TNT had stronger formation of methemoglobin than that of TNT. Conclusion: Ultraviolet light irradiation has an important effect on lens damage induced by TNT.
