目前,我国公路工程试验检测管理中,检测设备计量监管缺失、量值溯源失控等不规范现象较为普遍,给公路基础设施质量检测及监督管理带来了隐患。针对这一现实问题,研究基于网络、信息编码等技术手段,建立公路检测仪器设备计量监管体系,实现试验检测设备计量管理的科学化、信息化、透明化的新模式。
At present, in China’s highway engineering testing and testing management, non-standardization of measurement equipment such as lack of measurement supervision and loss of traceability of measurement equipment is widespread, which brings risks to the quality inspection and supervision of highway infrastructure. In view of this realistic problem, this paper studies how to set up the measurement supervision system of highway inspection equipment based on the technical means such as network and information coding to realize the scientific, informatization and transparent new mode of measurement management of the test equipment.
