目的通过对张家口市2001-2010年度碘盐监测数据的综合分析,评价当前该市碘盐质量,同时对存在的问题提出改进建议。方法按照卫生部《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》碘盐监测的要求,各县区每月对本辖区内碘盐加工(批发)层次抽取1批9份盐样;居民户盐:每县(区)按东、南、西、北方位各抽取两个乡,中区抽取1个乡,每乡抽取4个行政村,每村8份户盐,采用直接滴定法测定食盐中的碘含量。结果碘盐加工(批发)方面:2001-2010年全市共监测1 920批次,合格1 881批次,批质量合格率为97.96%,监测盐样17 280份,合格17 085份,份数合格率98.87%。居民户盐方面:2001-2011年全市共监测1 446个乡(镇、街道办事处),5 860个村(居委会);采集盐样49 248份,其中合格48 154份,碘盐合格率97.78%,碘盐覆盖率99.70%,合格碘盐食用率98.64%,非碘盐率0.32%,盐碘中位数30.04 mg/kg。结论各项碘盐质量指标均位于国家控制指标以内,且保持在较为稳定的水平。
Objective Through the comprehensive analysis of monitoring data of iodized salt in Zhangjiakou from 2001 to 2010, the quality of iodized salt in this city is evaluated, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward. Methods According to the requirements of iodine salt monitoring program of “National Iodine Deficiency Disease Surveillance Program” issued by the Ministry of Health, counties and districts took 1 batch of 9 salt samples from the processing (wholesale) level of iodized salt in their respective jurisdictions on a monthly basis. Residents’ salt: According to the east, south, west and north positions, two townships were drawn, one was selected from the central area, four administrative villages were taken from each township, and eight households were salt in each village. The iodine content in salt was determined by direct titration. Results Iodized salt processing (wholesale): In 2001-2010, a total of 1 920 batches were approved in the city, with 1 881 batches approved. The passing rate of batch quality was 97.96%, 17 280 salt samples were monitored, 17 085 were qualified and the number of pass was qualified Rate of 98.87%. Residents’ salt: In the period from 2011 to 2011, a total of 1 446 townships (towns and sub-district offices) and 5,860 villages (neighborhood committees) were monitored in the city. A total of 49,248 salt samples were collected, of which 48 154 were qualified and the iodized salt pass rate was 97.78 %, Iodized salt coverage of 99.70%, qualified iodized salt consumption rate of 98.64%, non-iodized salt rate of 0.32%, median salt iodine 30.04 mg / kg. Conclusion The quality indicators of iodized salt are all within the state control index, and remain at a relatively stable level.
