通过3年的引种试验表明,紫穗槐和刺槐的地上部分在试验地区(年均温2.5℃、1月份气温-16.1℃)受到不同程度的低温伤害,但它们的根系可安全越冬。3年的自然低温诱导,提高了根系的抗寒性,它们的LT50分别降低了3.2℃和2.0℃;植物组织起始伤害温度也分别降低了2.0℃和2.6℃。低温伤害测定说明,它们的根系在低于某温度点时,会出现组织软化、褐变等现象,同时伴有甜味出现。用Logistic曲线方程可以较好地描述低温对组织的伤害过程。
The three-year introductory experiments showed that the aboveground parts of Amorpha fruticosa and Robinia pseudoacacia suffered different degrees of low temperature damage in the experimental area (average annual temperature 2.5 ℃, January temperature-16.1 ℃), but their roots could be safe Winter.
