召开乡村医生例会是搞好多医管理的有效手段,也是令卫生院长们挠头的事。河北省南皮县莲花池乡卫生院为乡村医生订阅《中国乡村医生》和《健康报》,吸引了乡村医生,使例会开得有声有色。自1987年始,莲花池乡卫生院从乡医待遇集资中列支,为全乡23名乡村医生每人订阅一份《中国乡村医生》和《缝康报》;同时,他们动员经济状况较好的村为乡医订阅了地方党报《沧州日报》和专业杂志《实用内科》、《中医杂志》等。
The convening of a rural doctors’ regular meeting is an effective means of doing well in the management of many doctors, and it is also a matter for health leaders to scratch their heads. The Lianchichi Township Health Center in Nanpi County, Hebei Province, subscribed to “Chinese Village Doctors” and “Health News” for rural doctors and attracted rural doctors so that the regular meetings were well-received. Since 1987, Lianchichi Township Health Center has provided support from the local medical treatment fund-raising, and has subscribed one copy of “Chinese Village Doctor” and “Seoul Health News” for each of the 23 rural doctors in the township; at the same time, they mobilized their economic status better. The village has subscribed to the local party newspaper “Zhangzhou Daily” and specialized magazines “Practical Internal Medicine” and “Chinese Medicine Magazine” for the township doctors.
