采用正交试验法以Ca2+煎出量为指标,对煅蛤壳的煎提条件进行实验研究。结果表明,煅蛤壳入汤剂以煎煮3次、40目粉、加水量为600ml为最佳,时间对其影响不大
Orthogonal test method was used to determine the frying conditions of calcined clam shells using Ca2+ frying volume as an index. The results showed that calcined Citrus aurantium decoction had the best decoction 3 times, 40 mesh powder and 600 ml water, and the time had little effect on it.
