患者男,36岁。接种五联疫苗(霍乱、伤寒、副伤寒甲乙及破伤风类毒素)后持续发热5天,感头痛、心慌、胸闷。无喉痛和关节痛。曾患“感冒”,于接种前3天才痊愈。无药物过敏史。体检:T39.5℃,血压120/70mmHg。无皮疹,无咽充血。心率89/min,律齐,无杂音。肺呼吸音清。肝脾未触及。实验室检查:血红蛋白122g/L,红细胞4.2×10~(12)/L,白细胞6.3×10~9/L,中性分叶核64％,中性杆状核2％,淋巴33％,大单核1％。尿常规及肝功能正常。血、尿、大便、骨髓培养阴性。肥达氏反应阴性。胸部透视心肺正常。心电图(图1上行):V_1—V_3ST段抬高3.5—
Male patient, 36 years old. Vaccination five vaccine (cholera, typhoid, paratyphoid A and tetanus toxoid) sustained fever 5 days, a sense of headache, palpitation, chest tightness.
