1976—1979年,我们对苏联近60年来选育的无芒雀麦品种核型进行了分析。研究中采用常规方法处理根尖。对37个无芒雀麦品种的细胞学分析表明,不管它们各自的地理来源如何,全部都是八倍体(2n=56),所有这些育成品种和地方品种都是平衡的八倍体,基本染色体数为7。苏联广泛分布的八倍体无芒雀麦品种主要是草地生态类群,少数为草原生态类群。
In 1976-1979, we analyzed the karyotypes of M. sinensis cultivated in the Soviet Union for nearly 60 years. In the study, the root tips were treated by conventional methods. Cytological analysis of 37 M. brunnea cultivars showed that they were all octoploids (2n = 56) irrespective of their respective geographical origins, all of these cultivars and landraces were in equilibrium octuploid, Chromosome number is 7. The broad-leaved octoploids of Capsicum annuum in the Soviet Union are mainly grassland ecotypes and a few are grassland ecotypes.
