蝮蛇抗栓酶是从蝮蛇毒中提取配制的具有抗凝、去纤、降脂、扩血管、改善微循环、降低血液粘度、降低血小板等功效的抗凝溶栓冻干剂,因其疗效确实而被广泛应用于临床,其副作用少主要有过敏反应、出血反应、一过性反应如肢体酸麻胀痛及头痛、头昏、发热等.近期陆续报道有用药过程中出现复视者,但尚未报道出现幻视者、笔者曾遇 一例,现报道如下,此例用药中并有复视及幻视,可能系该药对视神经的毒性所致.
