已知,肝脏在甲状腺激素代谢中有很大作用。大约80%的血清T_3由T_4的去电离作用而形成,T_4转化为T_3的过程主要发生在肝细胞内。 为研究急性甲、乙型病毒性肝炎患者(BГA和BГB)的甲状腺功能状态,作者对125例BГA和36例BГB患者(年龄18~26岁)进行了观察。 在疾病加重期,患者血T_3水平下降,T_4含量增高与肝损害的程度相称。BГAA患者T_3含量下降更明显,BГB患者则T_4含量增高更显著(P<0.05),两组T_3/T_4比值下降相称。
It is known that the liver has a great role in thyroid hormone metabolism. Approximately 80% of the serum T_3 is formed by the deionization of T_4, and the conversion of T_4 to T_3 takes place mainly in hepatocytes. To study thyroid function in patients with acute and viral hepatitis B (BГA and BГB), 125 patients with BГA and 36 patients with BГB (aged 18-26 years) were observed. In the disease exacerbation period, the level of blood T_3 decreased, T_4 content is commensurate with the degree of liver damage. The level of T_3 decreased more significantly in patients with BAAA, while the level of T_4 increased more significantly in patients with BГA (P <0.05). The ratio of T_3 / T_4 decreased in both groups.
