The zero and deviation, dominant and latent theories in communicative activities are the theoretical system of linguistics constructed by Mr. Wang Xi-jie. It emphasizes the essence of the dynamic development of language and attaches importance to the self-regulating function of language and further explains the ways and means of language development. Scientific prediction of language is possible. This theoretical system is a deep understanding of the nature of language and a new exploration of linguistic theories and methods.
