从某种意义上可以说,社会主义经济的改革与开放是国际经济环境压力的产物,是外部世界高速发展的压力的产物。不改革开放,社会主义就没有希望,社会主义经济就会在压力下窒息！然而,开放并不意味着压力的消失,外部世界对开放的社会主义经济仍然是一个充满着矛盾与困难的复杂环境,存在着多种压力。这些压力来源与初级阶段的社会主义本身的形成过程和资本主义的新发展,只有在内部机制的适应性变革下才能转化,这就是开放向改革提出的任务。
In a sense, it can be said that the reform and opening up of the socialist economy is the result of the pressure of the international economic environment and the result of the pressure of rapid development in the external world. Without reform and opening up, socialism will have no hope and the socialist economy will suffocate under pressure! However, opening up does not mean the disappearance of pressure. The external world is still a complex environment full of contradictions and difficulties to the open socialist economy. There are many kinds of pressures.
