在知识经济的今天,竞争无处不在,企业间的较量已经升级到了比智力、比活力、比潜力、比魅力的新阶段。企业文化建设是提升企业整体素质的系统工程,企业文化力是企业持续健康发展的强大的内在驱动力,企业文化管理是企业长寿、基业常青之道。企业文化对会计师事务所经营业绩、对会计师事务所兴衰成败所起的作用越来越大、越来越突出。对会计师事务所来说,没有先进的设备、高大的建筑等有形资产,我们拥有的就是人力资源和基本办公条件,因此文化管理就更显得尤为重要。
In today’s knowledge-based economy, competition is ubiquitous and competition among enterprises has been upgraded to a new phase of intelligence, vitality, potential and charm. The construction of enterprise culture is a systematic project to enhance the overall quality of the enterprise. The enterprise culture is a powerful internal driving force for the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise. The enterprise culture management is the longevity of the enterprise and the foundation of evergreenness. Corporate culture has played a more and more important role in the performance of accounting firms and in the rise and fall of accounting firms. For accounting firms, without advanced equipment, tall buildings and other tangible assets, we have human resources and basic office conditions, so cultural management is even more important.
