对外开放是我国的基本国策,吸收外商(包括港商、澳商、侨商、台胞)直接投资是对外开放政策的一个重要措施。全面地总结泉州市外商投资企业发展现状和特点;分析当前存在的问题和困难;探讨今后进一步吸收外商投资和办好外商投资企业的对策,对于泉州市深入落实对外开放政策,巩固利用外资工作成果,推动外向型经济的发展是十分重要的。
Opening up to the outside world is the basic national policy of our country. The absorption of foreign direct investment (including Hong Kong businessmen, Australian businessmen, overseas Chinese businessmen and Taiwan compatriots) is an important measure of opening up to the outside world. Comprehensively summarize the current situation and characteristics of the development of FIEs in Quanzhou; analyze current problems and difficulties; discuss the countermeasures to further attract foreign investment and handle foreign-invested enterprises in the future; and make full use of Quanzhou’s policy of opening up to the outside world and consolidating the achievements made in the utilization of foreign investment It is very important to promote the development of an export-oriented economy.
