目的:探讨高压氧辅助治疗下颌骨粉碎性骨折的临床价值。方法:下颌骨粉碎性骨折患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予接骨板联合钛板坚固内固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予高压氧治疗,比较2组骨折临床愈合时间、总住院时间以及术后2周张口度,评价2组临床疗效。结果:观察组骨折临床愈合时间(27.4±4.9)d、总住院时间(31.2±6.3)d,对照组骨折临床愈合时间(45.3±12.4)d、总住院时间(49.7±15.0)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后张口度恢复正常比例及术后优良率分别为83.7%和83.7%,对照组分别为74.4%和79.1%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧辅助接骨板联合钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨粉碎性骨折可缩短住院时间,加快患者骨折临床愈合。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the mandible. Methods: 86 patients with mandibular comminuted fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with plate fixation combined with titanium plate fixation. The observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. Group clinical fracture healing time, total length of hospital stay and mouth 2 weeks after surgery to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results: The clinical healing time, the total hospitalization time (27.4 ± 4.9) days, the clinical healing time (45.3 ± 12.4) days and the total hospital stay (49.7 ± 15.0) days in the control group were significantly shorter (P <0.05). The proportion of postoperative mouth opening recovery and the postoperative excellent rate were 83.7% and 83.7% in the observation group and 74.4% and 79.1% in the control group respectively, with no statistical difference in the two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of mandibular comminuted fractures with hyperbaric oxygen-assisted bone plate and titanium plate fixation can shorten the hospital stay and accelerate the clinical healing of fractures.
