新课程标准明确提出,要培养学生“学会倾听、表达与交流,初步学会文明的进行人际沟通和社会交往,发展合作精神。”由此可见,学会倾听,是其他各种能力得以发展的基石,它是学生生活和学习必备的能力之一。作为低年级的教师,应该充分认识到培养学生倾听能力的重要性和有意识地将学生倾听能力的训练与课堂教学有机结合。在学习过程中,养成良好的倾听习惯和形成一定的倾听能力,对于学生而言,将会受益匪浅。
