Cultural security is related to social customs and more to social stability and the rise and fall of national power. Newspapers and periodns are an important component of culture and builders. The management and control of newspaper distribution channels are closely linked with cultural security. To give up or weaken the control of the distribution channels for newspapers and periodns will bring about major risks to the country’s cultural and political security. The recent “color revolution” in Central Asia has proved this fact. 2003
