近十年来对于具有生理学与生物学活性的某些 S-取代2-巯基苯骈咪唑产生了兴趣,2-巯基苯骈咪唑用作橡皮的防老剂和聚合物的隐定剂。本文研究了通式为 Ia 的 S-取代-2-巯基甲基苯骈咪唑的合成,从而便于阐明在2位上碳原子与硫之间—CH_2—基对这些化合物性质的影响。
In the recent decade, there has been interest in certain S-substituted 2-mercaptobenzimidazoles having physiological and biological activity, and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole is used as a retarder for eraser and polymer for eraser. In this paper, the synthesis of S-substituted-2-mercaptomethylbenzimidazoles of general formula Ia has been studied to elucidate the effect of the -CH_2-group between carbon atoms and sulfur at the 2-position on the properties of these compounds.
