流感是第一个进行全球监测的传染病,流感病毒常用细胞培养的细胞系有Vero细胞和狗肾细胞(MDCK细胞),Vero细胞主要用来做流感疫苗的生产研究,MDCK细胞主要用于流感日常监测。本研究通过比较不同亚型流感病毒对MDCK和Vero细胞敏感性差异,为实验室进行流感病毒相关实验筛选敏感细胞提供依据。
Influenza is the first infectious disease to be monitored globally. Commonly used cell lines for influenza virus are Vero cells and canine kidney cells (MDCK cells). Vero cells are mainly used for the production of influenza vaccines. MDCK cells are mainly used for influenza Daily monitoring. In this study, we compared the sensitivity of different subtypes of influenza virus to MDCK and Vero cells and provided a basis for the screening of sensitive cells by influenza virus-related experiments in the laboratory.
