Marfan综合征合并有晶体脱位的病例在我国并非十分罕见。我院眼科遇见4例,均因晶体脱位继发青光眼或因视力明显障碍、经睫状体平部手术进路施行吸出术或套出术取出脱位晶体。结果满意,报告如下。 Marfan syndrome with dislocation of the lens cases in our country is not very rare.
