用自动调节理论对系统的品质进行分析,对于我们设计、调试和改进系统的动态特性有着重要的指导意义。本文试图用频率法对一个小功率随动系统的品质进行定量分析。首先、扼要地介绍一下这个系统的工作原理。该系统是一个相位一转角随动系统。输入信号是方波电压的相位角;输出量是与输入信号相对应的机械转角。输入的相位信息r_1 与反馈环节送来的相位信息r_2'进行比较(反馈环节将转角转换成等效的方波相位角),并将比较出来的差值信号r进行变换、放大,用来驱动执行电机,带动减速器和敏感元件,以消除误差,使输出转角与输入的相位角协调一致(如图1所示)。
Analyzing the quality of the system with automatic adjustment theory has important guiding significance for us to design, debug and improve the dynamic characteristics of the system. This paper attempts to use frequency method to quantitatively analyze the quality of a low-power servo system. First, a brief overview of how this system works. The system is a phase-angle servo system. The input signal is the phase angle of the square wave voltage; the output is the mechanical angle corresponding to the input signal. The input phase information r_1 is compared with the phase information r_2 ’sent by the feedback link (the feedback link converts the rotation angle to an equivalent square wave phase angle), and the comparison difference signal r is transformed and amplified for driving Perform the motor, drive gear and sensitive components to eliminate the error, so that the output angle and input phase angle coordination (as shown in Figure 1).
