本文利用螺旋弹簧横向刚度与轴向压缩量的对应关系实现电磁振动机的在线连续调谐。首先,导出螺旋弹簧横向刚度解析式,并考虑了剪切变形的影响。在此基础上,计算系统固有频率的调节范围,并与试验值作了对比。
In this paper, the online continuous tuning of the electromagnetic vibrator is realized by the corresponding relationship between the transverse stiffness of the coil spring and the axial compression. First, the analytical formula for transverse stiffness of the coil spring is derived and the effect of shear deformation is taken into account. On this basis, the adjustment range of the natural frequency of the system is calculated and compared with the experimental value.
