起重机的超载保护系统能避免起吊构件、紧固件和结构件由于超载而断裂,或避免起重机倾翻。近年来起重机的发展趋势是采用价格昂贵的钢材以提高材料的承载能力,并使结构减轻。而设计良好的超载保护系统可以充分利用材料容许的承载能力,而不会给人身和机器带来危险。
Crane overload protection system to avoid lifting components, fasteners and structural components due to overload breakage, or to avoid crane tipping. In recent years, the development trend of cranes is the use of expensive steel to improve the carrying capacity of materials and to reduce the structure. A well-designed overload protection system can take full advantage of the load-bearing capacity of the material, without posing any danger to the person and the machine.
