碧海蓝天,阳光沙滩,夏日的山东,海滨成为旅游热点。也许,人们在海边与浪花嬉戏的同时,抬头远望,会看见海中远处点点的白帆,那是帆板运动员的身影。随着第29届奥运会帆船项目落户青岛,山东省的水上运动开始为人关注并蓬勃发展起来。为加快中国由体育大国向体育强国的跨越,国家体育总局确立了与奥运会比赛项目密切相关的“119”工程(为冲击奥运会田径、游泳、水上三大项目共119枚金牌确立的备战工程)。为此,山东也在做出自己的努力。我们漫步山东,从黄海之滨的青岛、日照,再到湖光山色的济南、聊城,摘取几片浪花,以此折射出山东发展水上运动的概况。
