通过体外细胞培养技术及免疫细胞化学等方法,观察了外源性纤维结合蛋白(FN)对牙周韧带(PDL)细胞合成Ⅲ型胶原和FN本身的影响。结果显示FN可促进PDL细胞中Ⅲ型胶原的合成,而抑制FN本身的合成(P<0.01).超微结构亦显示FN组PDL细胞里分泌相,胞浆中含有较多线粒体、粗面内质网等细胞器。表明在牙周愈合时,外源性FN可促进胶原蛋白合成,而对FN本身的合成抑制作用可能与PDL细胞的分化有关。
The effects of exogenous fibronectin (FN) on synthesis of type Ⅲ collagen and FN in periodontal ligament (PDL) cells were observed by in vitro cell culture and immunocytochemistry. The results showed that FN could promote the synthesis of type Ⅲ collagen in PDL cells and inhibit the synthesis of FN itself (P <0.01). The ultrastructure also showed that the PDL cells in the FN group secreted more cytosol containing more mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum and other organelles. It shows that when periodontal healing, exogenous FN can promote collagen synthesis, while the inhibition of FN itself may be related to the differentiation of PDL cells.
