Regional Administrative Offices, People’s Governments of Cities, Counties and Autonomous Counties, Liu Tie, District Committees, Offices, Offices and Bureaus: According to the Opinions of the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region Committee on the Institutional Reform of the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region to Separate the Government from Enterprises (Guang Fa [ [2000] No. 20) and the “Registration of the Autonomous Region Party Committee on the Administration of the First Group of Thirty Heads of Enterprises in the Region to the Administrative Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region in the Region” (the Guiyang Committee [2001] No. 16), in order to speed up the separation of government and enterprises in our region. The pace of adjustment of work and economic structure has resulted in the direct management of the batch of municipalities.
