目的:分析长期稳心颗粒治疗对老年冠心病患者心功能、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及心血管事件的影响。方法:选择2012年3月—2015年2月我院收治的76例老年冠心病患者,按就诊或入院顺序编号,均分为对照组与观察组两组,各38例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组加用稳心颗粒治疗,两组均治疗6个月。采用超声心动图监测两组心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVED VI)、心脏指数(CI)的变化;监测两组血管内皮指标的变化,检测外周血VEGF、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)水平;随访6个月,统计两组不良心血管事件发生率。结果:1观察组总有效率为92.11%,高于对照组的60.53%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗后,两组LVEF、CI均上升,LVED VI下降,观察组CI、LVEF上升幅度高于对照组,LVED VI下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);3治疗后,两组TXB2、ET-1下降,观察组降低幅度高于对照组,两组VEGF、NO上升,观察组上升幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);4随访6个月,观察组各不良心血管事件发生率均低于对照组,但对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用稳心颗粒治疗老年冠心病,临床效果显著,可改善患者心功能与血管内皮功能,降低心血管不良事件发生率。
Objective: To analyze the effect of long-term Wenxin Granule therapy on heart function, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cardiovascular events in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 76 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to February 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-systolic volume index (LVEDVI) and cardiac index (CI) were measured by echocardiography. The changes of vascular endothelium, The levels of VEGF, ET-1, TXB2 and NO were observed. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was calculated after 6 months of follow-up. Results: 1 The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%, which was higher than that of the control group (60.53%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After 2 treatment, the LVEF and CI both increased and the LVEDVI decreased. CI, LVEF increased more than the control group, LVED VI decreased more significantly than the control group (P <0.05); 3 after treatment, TXB2, ET-1 decreased, the observation group decreased more than the control group, two groups of VEGF, (P <0.05); 4, the follow-up of 6 months, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group were lower than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: The Wenshen Granules in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the clinical effect is significant, can improve cardiac function and endothelial function, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
