发挥引进设备的作用是铝材料工业,也是有色金属材料工业提高产品质量、扩大品种、提高经济效益的首要问题。之所以如此,是因为: 第一,近十年期间有色金属材料工业引进了一大批先进设备,数量比较多。铝材料工业就引进了1400毫米以下的冷轧机17台,铝箔轧机14台,改造热轧机2台,引进挤压机100多台,还有一批辅助设备。这些设备的主机生产能力超过行业原有全部生产能力的一倍,已成为铝材料工业的主要力量。引进的17台冷轧机的生产能力就相当于原有600多台冷轧机的全部生产能力,引进冷轧机如果全部达产,其产量将大大超过1989年的全部板带材实际产量。
