乙吗噻嗪(Ethmozin)的化学名为10-(β-吗啉丙酰基)吩噻嗪-2-胺基甲酸乙酯盐酸盐。药理试验表明,具有显著的抗心律失常作用,其治疗指数比奎尼丁、普鲁卡因酰胺等为高,而对动脉血压和心肌收缩性等无影响。苏联和美国的数百例临床试验结果证实,乙吗噻嗪治疗各种期前收缩和阵发性心动过速有很好效果,对阵发性房颤等也有一定疗效。乙吗噻嗪对冠心病、心绞痛、高血压等患者的心律紊乱有显著的作用,副作用轻微,耐受性高,作用时间较长。我所以间硝基苯胺为起始原料合成了乙吗噻嗪,合成路线如下:
